Planning Facilitation
Perhaps you are about to start a project larger and more complex than anything you've done before - getting it right the first time requires planning expertise you may not have available in house. We can facilitate a project planning workshop to produce a sound plan on the shortest schedule consistent with the scope of the project. Many failures are caused by inadequate up-front planning - many of our problem project turnaround engagements came about as result of poor initial planning.

Often, critical projects will involve powerful stakeholders with conflicting interests and in some cases open hostility. Chances for success are often improved when you bring in an experienced independent party to act as a "honest broker" committed to reconciling conflicting interests. We have extensive experience in multi-lateral diplomacy and will help you find the win/win/win path through the political jungle.
